I believe an organization’s culture is like water to fish—the essential aspects of our collective work lives are often invisible to the naked eye. I enjoy the process of bringing existing cultures out of the shadows and shining a light on the many ways they are either helping or hindering an organization’s ability to fulfill its mission and goals. I experience a deep sense of satisfaction from helping executives and their staff work through the exhilarating process of transforming their organizations into intentional cultures they are proud to lead.
